Overview

When Venusaur Mega Evolve, the flowers on their backs grow larger and cover more of their bodies. Additionally, they develop thick layers of adipose tissue just under their skin, insulating them and allowing them to withstand a wide range of temperatures; in battle, this translates into resistances against both Fire- and Ice-type attacks. Mega Venusaur have sturdier legs than their regular counterparts in order to support their larger flowers. Their broad leaves help them absorb vast amounts of sunlight to fire off powerful Grass-type attacks.
